中兴通讯南京研发基地三期地下室结构设计

摘    要:中兴通讯南京研发基地三期总建筑面积19.77万m2,由1层地下室底盘和9栋研发楼组成,整个地下室长457.8m,宽174.2m。根据结构受力特点及场地地质情况,通过对不同基础形式的比较,最终确定采用梁板式筏基。结合基础的具体设计,进行了抗浮、沉降、基床系数的分析,并采用倒T形截面构造控制地基梁裂缝,为同类工程的基础设计提供了参考。

Abstract:ZTE Nangjing research development base phase Ⅲ is 197,700m^2 area,including one basement and nine tower buildings. The basement is 457.8m long and 174.2m width. According to characteristic of structure stress and site soil layout,beam-slab raft foundation is chosen after comparing different foundation types. The following analysis is done,that are anti-float checking,sedimentation calculation and bedding coefficient calculation. By adopting inverted T-beam to control beam crack width,beam reinforcement area can be greatly reduced. Foundation design in this paper can be reference to similar engineering.
