基于Fluent的塑料注塑模拟分析

摘    要:塑料注塑成型是一个复杂的物理过程,为了验证工艺参数的合理性和预测制品的质量,建立了塑料注塑成型流动和冷却的数学模型,运用计算流体力学原理,采用了Fluent软件进行塑料注塑模拟,进行流动分析和热分析。整个型坯的注塑速度和熔体温度分布均匀,制品质量较好,使用的注塑工艺参数合理,适用于实际的工程应用。

Abstract:Plastic injection molding is a complicated physical process. The mathematical model of injection flowing and cooling process was established to verify the rationality of process parameters and predict the quality of product. By using the principle of CFD, plas- tic injection molding was simulated numerically to do the flow and thermal analysis by Fluent. Injection speed and melt temperature were well distributed. The product quality was very good. The applied process parameters were proved to be rational and suitable for actual engineering applications.
