| 摘 要： | 以丙烯酸、氯化亚砜、2,4,6-三溴苯酚为基本原料,选择适宜的工艺条件通过两步法合成了2,4,6-三溴丙烯酸苯酯。以2,4,6-三溴丙烯酸苯酯为单体,通过乳液聚合得到了本体阻燃丙烯酸酯聚合物。并研究了不同配比的丙烯酸酯胶粘剂制得的挠性覆铜板的阻燃性能、力学性能和热学性能。

| Abstract: | The 2,4,6-tribromophenyl acrylate was prepared from acrylic acid, thionyl chloride and tribromophenol by two steps in suitable condition. As one of the monomers,2,4,6-tribromophenyl acrylate was used to prepare the emulsion of ingrain fireproofing polyacrylate. The application of acrylate adhesive in FCCL was researched. And the FCCL showed good flame resistance,excellent solder resistance,high peeling strength and chemical resistance. |
