预测封闭容器内可燃气体爆燃最大压力的方法

摘    要:介绍了用半经验方法描述封闭容器内燃料 /空气混合气体爆燃最大压力的方法。本方法运用有效能概念预测封闭容器内气体燃烧的最大压力 ,并给出了 8种燃料 /空气体系最大压力的预测值与试验值 ,其值相差 -0 .1 3 8~ 0 .1 0 3MPa,而运用理想气体定律方法预测的最大压力与试验值相差 -0 .1 3 8~0 .82 7MPa。

Abstract:A method of describing the maximum fuel/air deflagration pressure in a closed vessel was presented by using the half-empirical method. The method used the available energy concept to predict the maximum gas deflagration pressure in a closed vessel, and the predictive values and thes testing values of the maximum pressure of eight fuel/air systems were given. The deviation between the predictive values and the testing values was from-0.138 to 0.103MPa,and the deviation between the maximum pressure value predicted with the ideal gas law method and the testing values was from-0.138 to 0.827MPa.
