摘    要:根据东北地区常用的两种L型碎茬刀的结构参数,使用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立三维仿真模型,通过在主切削面施加相同的面载荷的方法,计算得出其应力应变结果,结果表明应力集中出现在刀片的弯折部位和第二个安装孔,短型刀片的受力较均匀,弯折处最大应力及最大应变均比长型刀小.由此说明,在L型刀片的设计过程中,应对易损耗位置结构做适当调整.

Abstract:In this paper,the 3-dimension finite element analysis model of two types of the stubble-cutting blade which are widely used in the Northeast China was carried out.The model was implemented in the finite element analysis package,Abaqus,and the result of stress and strain of the model was computed by loading the same face pressure on the main cutting face.Results revealed that stress concentration occurs in the second mounting hole and bending area of the blade,the stress of short cutting blade is uniformed,and the max stress and strain of bending area is less than the long cutting blade.It is shown that some adjustment of structure in the easily failed location should be done in the design of the L-cutting blade.
