正面碰撞约束系统仿真和设计参数研究

摘    要:提出基于安全气囊织物进行经纬向拉神试验和画框剪切试验,研究该材料的各向异性特性.建立包括安全气囊、可压溃转向柱、带可预紧和限力器的三点式安全带等的正面碰撞约束系统模型,并将仿真结果与实车试验结果对比和验证.分别从定性和定量分析两个角度,深入讨论约束系统设计参数对假人伤害评价指标的影响,以用于指导约束系统的碰撞安全性能设计.

Simulation and Design of Vehicle Frontal Impact Restraint System

Abstract:A Vehicle frontal impact restraint system including airbag,energy absorbing steering column,three-point seatbelt with pretensioning and load limiting functions,was built and simulated based on nonlinear explicit finite element theory.The results including head acceleration and chest deflection,were compared with those of physical test.And the results indicated that the restraint system model and its simulation are valid.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was introduced to discuss the relationship between those design parameters and evaluation of dummy injury,and to make vehicle restraint system more effective in protecting occupants.
