基于逆向工程技术的不规则几何体体积测量方法研究

摘    要:利用逆向工程技术(逆向工程软件与三维激光扫描设备相结合)对不规则的棱纹形几何结构体进行了三维激光扫描,得到了不规则体的三维点云数据.在此基础上,利用CATIA软件对该结构体进行了三维实体建模,并测得了棱纹形不规则实体的体积值.为了进一步验证该方法的可行性和测量精确度,利用相同的方法测量并得到了球缺体的体积.利用球缺体的体积计算公式计算出了球缺体的实际体积值,对比两次得到的体积值.结果表明,基于逆向工程技术的体积测量法的测量精度达到了96.92%.由此说明,该方法对不规则几何体的体积测量具有重要的实际应用价值,且测量精度较高.

Research on Measurement Method of Irregular Geometry Volume Based on Reverse Engineering

Abstract:In this paper,using reverse engineering technology(combining reverse engineering software with three-dimensional laser scanning),three-dimensional laser scanning was made for the irregular ridge shape geometry structure.Three-dimensional data of the irregular structure was obtained.Three-dimensional structure model was established with CATIA software and got the volume value of the irregular ridge shape structure.In order to check the feasibility and measurement precision,the volume of ball lack of body was measured with the same method.The volume value was compared with the calculating actual volume value by the math formula.Results showed that measurement precision reached 96.92% by reverse engineering technology,so the method has important application value for the measurement of irregular geometry volume,and measurement precision is higher.
