小模数塑料齿轮传动噪声及成型品质改进研究

摘    要:采用模具CAE技术,运用一次因子法和田口正交试验法进行模拟实验,计算信噪比优化工艺参数减小翘曲变形量,改善塑料齿轮的传动品质.通过实际生产并对制品进行检测,结果表明:制品成型精度有所提高,对降低齿轮传动噪声有一定作用,该方法切实可行.

Molding Quality and Transmission Noise Improvement for the Small Modulus Plastic Gear

Abstract:The mold CAE technology was used to conduct the simulation experiment by the one-factor and Taguchi orthogonal approach,the S/N ratio was calculated and the amount of warping deformation was reduced,which improved the transmission quality of plastic gears.The product was tested in the actual production.The results show that the formation precision of products was improved,and the noise of the transmission system was reduced to some degree,indicating that the method is feasible.
