摘    要:通过建立十自由度车辆动力学模型,对汽车平顺性进行分析.运用振动理论分析了车辆的传递函数和振动特性,并通过讨论选择了车身质心加速度、悬架动挠度、车轮相对动载荷、车身俯仰角加速度等参量作为平顺性评价标准.通过Matlab/Simulink对车辆振动特性进行仿真,讨论了轮胎刚度和动力总成悬置刚度对平顺性的影响.结果表明,两者的增加均导致汽车平顺性变差.通过仿真实例可见,该动力学模型可利用设计初期的车辆参数对汽车平顺性进行预测和评估,从而减少样车开发成本.

Abstract:Vehicle ride comfort was analyzed on the vibration theory by establishing a ten DOFs dynamic model.Through discussing the vibration characteristics of the vehicle system,parameters,including vehicle centroidal acceleration,suspension dynamic deflection,relative wheel dynamic load and pitch angular acceleration,were chosen as targets to evaluate vehicle ride comfort.Influences on the ride comfort by vehicle parameters were studied through the simulation by Matlab/Simulink,which shows the increase of tire and mount stiffness both lead to bad ride comfort.As a result,with the vehicle dynamic model and simulation method,vehicle ride quality can be predicted and evaluated in product design.
