| 摘 要： | 金融自助支付平台，是一个可由非金融机构投资经营的、服务进入非中心城区和社区的、为企业和个人提供跨越不同金融机构、公共事业单位和企业的支付平台，该平台可以充分利用城市和社区现有网络资源，增加服务网点到非中心城区和社区，使企业和个人享受出帐企业全日全时、简单、方便、快捷、准确的全方位自助缴费服务．首先介绍了平台的常用功能和模块划分，其次探讨了基于平台的典型应用服务，然后提出了平台的网络体系结构，最后对报文差异、对帐冲账、安全性等关键性问题进行了阐述．

| Abstract: | The platform for self-payment on finance is designed for providing the self-payment service for both corporation and private individual which can be run by a non-financial institution. Such a platform will utilize the existed network resource and build service stations for suburb and community. It provides convenient, quick, safe, reliable self-payment service for both corporation and private individual. Firstly, the functions and modules are introduced. Then the software architecture is put forward. Lastly, the package differentia, bill check and rectify, and security are discussed. |
