银/聚偏氟乙烯电介质复合材料性能研究

摘    要:采用溶液共混法制备银(Ag)/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合材料,研究了Ag粉体积分数及粒径对复合材料介电性能、击穿场强等的影响。结果表明,复合材料的介电常数随填料的体积分数的增加而增大,当Ag粉体积分数为17%时最佳,之后介电常数开始下降。在Ag粉体积含量相同条件下,添加小粒径Ag粉比大粒径Ag粉更有利于提高复合材料介电性能。X射线衍射分析结果表明,Ag在复合材料制备过程中无分解及氧化,适量填充Ag粉有助于复合材料击穿场强的提高。

Abstract:Ag/PVDF composites were prepared by solution blending method. The effects of measuring dielectric properties and breakdown strength of composites with various Ag volume fractions and particles sizes were studied. The result showed that the dielectric constant of composites increased with the raise of the volume fractions of Ag. The dielectric constant could reach to highest when the volume fraction of Ag was 17%. Then the dielectric constant started to decline. The dielectric properties of the composites added small Ag particles sizes were improved more than added the larger particles size. X-ray diffraction patterns showed that there were not decomposition and oxidation of Ag in the preparation of composites. The breakdown strength of composites was increased by adding appropriate amount of Ag in the PVDF.
