摘    要:利用有限元分析方法,对DY125-36A整车/车架进行了模态分析,找出了其振动原因,从实验和模拟分析两方面入手,对DY125-36A摩托车和核心部件车架进行结构改进,使摩托车振动烈度下降30%左右,乘骑舒适性也得到了明显改善。

Abstract:Via Finite Element Analysis,the modal analysis of both the whole vehicle and the frame for DY125-36A motorcycle has been taken out.The vibration reasons were found out.By testing and simulating analysis,we improved the structure of DY125-36A motorcycle and its frame,thus the vibration severity was reduced by about 30%,and the riding comfort was obviously improved.
