氯化聚乙烯的力化学降解

摘    要:研究了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的力化学降解,红外光谱的结果证明了力化学降解的存在。结果表明,随着CPE的氯含量的增加,降解速度增大,随着开炼机辊温的升高,降解速度减慢。塑解剂的加入,可显著提高CPE的降解速度,并就其降解机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The mechanochemical degrade of chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) has been studied and the mechanism have been discussed preliminarily.The IR proves its existence.The results show that with the increasing of content of CPE,the degrade pace increases,while with the roller warm rising,the pace slow down.And the degradation pace can be improved notably by the joining of peptizer.
