基于动态能力理论的企业竞争优势分析

企业的持续竞争优势,来自于企业特性的、异质的、路径依赖的、不易为外界获取和模仿的能力体系。但由于核心能力存在"刚性",如果不加以克服,企业就会失去原有的竞争优势。因此,本文试图在前人总结的基础上对动态能力下企业竞争优势进行探讨。本文认为动态能力理论强调企业面对复杂多变的环境,企业必须不断学习和创新,克服核心能力的"刚性"问题,获得持续的竞争优势。

An Analysis of Enterprises Competitive Advantage Based on Dynamic Capability

The enterprises′ sustainable competitive advantage is from the ability system which includes characteristics of the enterprises,heterogeneity,path dependence,ability not easy for outsiders to access and imitate.However,the core capability is "rigid",if it is not overcome,the enterprise will lose its competitive advantage.Therefore,according to the conclusion has been came to,this paper attempts to discuss competitive advantage based on the dynamic capacity of enterprises.This paper shows that under the complex and ever-changing environment,enterprises must keep on learning and innovating,and overcome the"rigid" of core capability so that they can get the sustained competitive advantage.
