摘    要:以TiCl_4/AlEt_3/炭黑催化体系催化乙烯原位聚合,控制聚合效率获得了不同炭黑含量的系列新型导电聚乙烯,材料的测试结果表明,该方法得到的导电聚乙烯在炭黑含量为10.8%-15%(W)时有明显的PTC效应,具有较低的临界体积分数,不出现NTC效应,而且重现性和稳定性都较好,有明显的应用前景。

Abstract:A new conductive polyethylene was obtained through polymerization in situ using TiCl_4/AlEt_3/carbon black as catalyst.The measurement results indicate that the new conductive poly-ethylene with 10.8%-15%carbon black content shows obvious PTC phenomenon,with lowercritical volume fraction and no NTC phenomenon,The conductive polyethylene also has betterreproducibility and stability.
