预探水平5井用膨润土浆一开；二开使用聚合物钻井液，配方为：0．3％HFB401 0．3％NPAN 1．0％HFT 201 1．5％HRTl0l 4．0％HFB10l 0．5％抗盐降滤失剂 0．3％固体润滑剂 0．4％液体降粘剂；三开使用聚硅氟钻井液，利用聚合醇和硅氟的双重抑制性，解决了该井水平段二叠系含碳质、煤质泥岩地层的垮塌问题，并通过加液体极压润滑剂HFB10l，配合少量固体润滑剂，以接近水平生产井混油钻井液的成本完成施工．其配方为：2．0％GFWJ 1．5％GFXJ 2．5%HRT10l 3．0％HFT201 0．2％HFX10l 3．0％HFBl0l 2％聚合醇 0．3％固体润滑剂。实践表明：聚硅氟钻井液润滑性能好，净化能力高。能够适应水平5井的地层特点．较好她满足了各项施工需要．

Different drilling fluids were used in different sections, i. e. , bentonitic clay mud in 444. 5 mm hole; polymer drilling fluid whose formulation is 0. 3% HFB401 + 0. 3%NPAN+1. 0%HFT201 + 1. 5%HRT101+4. 0%HFB101+0. 5%salt-resisting fluid loss additive + 0. 3%solid lubricant+0. 4%liquid visbreaking agent was selected in 311 mm hole; in 215. 9mm hole which is a horizontal interval, making use of double inhibition of polyol and polysilicon fluorin, polysilicon fluorin drilling fluid was employed to solve collapse problem of contained carbon and coal shale formation. The drilling fluid formulation is 2. 0%GFWJ + 1. 5%GFXJ + 2. 5%HRT101 + 3. 0%HFT201 + 0. 2% HFX101 + 3. 0%HFB101+2%polyol + 0. 3%solid lubricant. By adding liquid EP lubricant HFBlOl and a few solid lubricant, the horizontal exploration well has been finished with the cost near to oil mixed drilling fluid of horizontal development well and results showed that polysilicon fluorin drilling fluid has good properties and high cleaning capacity. It completely adapted to the formation characteristics of Well Shuiping-5 and satisfied the engineering requirements.
