摘    要:针对铝合金脉冲MIG焊过程中不同参数匹配下的稳定性问题,采用焊接电压信号概率密度分布的分析方法,计算了焊接过程电弧电压信号概率密度,并分析研究了概率密度分布中的两个峰值,同时参照实际对比分析焊缝成形的情况.结果表明:电弧电压信号概率密度分布中存在两个峰值,第一个峰值越小,第二个峰值越大,焊缝成形越好,焊接过程越稳定;反之焊缝成形不好,焊接过程不稳定.

Abstract:Introduce the analytical method base on probability density of voltage signal according to the assessment on stability of pulse MIG welding for aluminum alloy.Analyze on the two peaks of voltage probability density and contrast with weld.The result shows that voltage signal density distribution has two peaks,the numerical value of the first peak is smaller and the numerical value of the second peak is bigger while the stability is better,otherwise the stability is poorer.
