摘    要:采用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和金相显微镜研究了7475铝合金的超塑性, 探讨了拉伸温度对晶界附近液相的形成及其对孔洞的影响。研究表明: 7475铝合金进行超塑性拉伸时, 晶界处存在少量液相, 且随拉伸温度的升高, 液相的质量分数增加, 液相中Al含量增加, 而Mg、Zn元素的含量有所降低; 液相的存在提高了材料对孔洞的承受能力, 使材料断裂延缓, 超塑性能提高。

Abstract:SEM, EDS and optical microscope were used influence of tensile temperature on liquid formation near to investigate the superplasticity of 7475 aluminium alloy. The the grainboundary and cavitation was investigated. It is found that during the tensile superplastic deformation, small amount of liquid phase exists along grain boundaries of 7475 alu- minium alloy. With the test temperature increasing, the content of liquid increases, and the content of A1 in liquid also increases, but the content of Mg and Zn decreases. The presence of liquid phase can improve the enduring ability of cav- ities, the fracture delay and the superplastic of 7475 aluminium alloy.
