陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮的研究

摘    要:采用Na2O、B2O3和SiO2为结合剂基本成分, 添加CaO制备出粘结金刚石的低熔陶瓷结合剂。应用陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮对PDC产品进行磨削加工, 实验结果表明,陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮磨削PDC比树脂金刚石砂轮具有较大的优越性。

Abstract:The vitrified binder of low soft temperature was prepared by using Na2O,B2O3 ,SiO2 as basic ingredients and some CaO as additive. The diamond wheels using the binder have been used to grind PDC. The results show that vitrified bond diamond wheels have more superiority on grinding PDC if compared with resins bond diamond wheels.
