套筒在小孔径瓷套磨削中的应用

摘    要:针对小孔径瓷套机械加工难度大的问题,介绍了一种特殊的工艺装备套筒。采用套筒定位和夹持瓷套,可实现在车床上对瓷套进行磨削。同时分析了套筒使用及瓷套加工过程中常见的问题并提出了解决方法。实践证明,该方法简单有效,加工的产品能满足较高的精度要求。

Abstract:A special fixture—cylindrical sleeve is presented for mechanical processing of bushings with small inner diameter.By the way of fixing and supporting bushing with the cylindrical fixture,the grinding of bushings in lathe can be realized.Ordinary troubles in usage of fixture and bushing processing are analyzed and their solution are presented.Meanwhile the practice has been proved that by this way the high precision requirement can be meet with many advantages such as simplicity and efficiency of performance.
