系统数字视频传输软件的实现

以音频、视频流为代表的实时数据流的传输在连接管理、差错控制、流呈控制以及服务要求等方面与传统数据传输有很大区别。IETF公布了实时传输协议（RTPI RTCP）和实时流协议（RTSP）。本文简要介绍了RTP/RTCP协议和RTSP协议；详细介绍了用标准C语言实现的VOD数字视频传输的传输软件的工作流程。该软件包括客户端程序和服务器端程序，它们之间根据RTSP和RTP/RTCP协议所定义的语法进行会话，从而具有很高的带宽利用率并支持视频点播等优点。

The Development of the Software Transporting Digital Video in VOD System

The transference of real-time data stream such as audio and video data is different from that of traditional data in connection management, error control, flow control and quality-of-service requirement. The IETF designed the RTP and RTSP protocol, in this paper, we introduced RTPARTCP and RTSP protocols. Then, we gave the working procedure of the software, whose source code is written in C language. The software includes the client program and server program, which will perform the session according the RTP/RTCP and RTSP protocol. So it will support VOD structure, and has a higher efficiency for transferring real-time data.
