电动液压劈木机液压系统设计

摘    要:采用液压原理,设计了一款外形美观、移动方便、符合德国“GS”标准的电动卧式液压劈木机。针对设计开发过程中出现的保压和德国“GS”标准中要求双手操作的安全要求等问题,一是设计了三位三通液压控制阀,有效解决了双手操作问题;二是提高齿轮泵、液压控制阀等关键件的制造精度,加强关键件组装工序检验和控制手段,使劈木机压力得到了保证。结果表明:液压技术在电动工具中应用,具有一定的发展前景,电动卧式液压劈木机可以系列化,以满足不同客户要求。

Abstract:Based on the hydraulic principle , it designs a good appearance , which is mobile convenience and up to the standard of Germany "GS"electric horizontal hydraulic log splitter .In view of this machine characteristic such as keeping the pressure and Germany "GS"hands operation safety in the standard requirement , it designs a hydraulic control valve with three tee to solve the problem of the hands operation , improves the manufacturing precision of the gear pump , hydraulic control valves , strengthens the key -module assembly process inspection and control means .These make the splitting machine obtain satisfactory pressure .The results show that the hy-draulic technology can be used in electric tools and have a certain development prospects .
