新鲜果蔬常温充气保鲜性能的研究

摘    要:研究了不同的充氮时间对于不同的新鲜果蔬常温保鲜性能的影响,并与自然气调的保鲜效果进行了比较.結果表明在相同的包装薄膜(尼龙/PET复合袋)内,相同的包装期限,不同的充氮时间,包装梨的袋内积聚的CO2气体浓度变化平缓,即梨常温充氮保鲜效果好.

Abstract:Effects of different nitrogen charging time on fresh keeping property of fresh fruit and vegetable in normal temperature were researched, and the contrast between vacuum charge and modified atmosphere packaging was discussed. The results illustrated that the consistency of carbon dioxide accumulated in pear packaging pouch changed gently in the same packaging (e.g. nylon/PET compound film),the same packaging time limit and different charging nitrogen time, that is to say, effect of pear fresh keeping in normal temperature is the best.
