| 摘 要： | 介绍了黄原胶生产过程中的节能、降耗技术,使用这些技术后产品的能耗和物耗明显下降,淀粉转化率和发酵指数明显提高。与国内同类项目相比,该项目电耗下降75%,酒精消耗下降60%,生产成本下降20%—30%。

| Abstract: | Technologies of saving energy and reducing consumption in xanthan gum production were introduced. Energy consumption and material consumption dropped obviously, and starch conversion rate and fermentation index increased obviously by these technologies. Compared with those of domestic xanthan gum production, power consumption was reduced by 75%, alcohol consumption was reduced by 60% and production cost was reduced by 20%—30%. |
