摘    要:为了解烟用内衬纸中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)残留量,建立了以氟苯为内标,顶空-气质联用法(HS-GC/MS)测定19种VOCs方法,并采用该法测定了20种烟用内衬纸样品中的VOCs含量。结果表明:①氟苯作内标,适合这19种VOCs的定量分析;②VOCs的检测限为0.001~0.004 mg/m2,回收率92%~109%,RSD4%;③烟用内衬纸样品中检出的VOCs种类较少,且其总量均低于YC 264-2008标准规定的限量。其中,甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇的检出率分别为90%,100%和100%,且残留量相对较大;丙酮、丙二醇甲醚、乙酸乙酯的检出率分别为100%,55%和25%,但残留量较低;除3个样品中检测出甲苯外,所有样品均未检出苯、乙苯、二甲苯、环己酮、丙二醇乙醚、4-甲基-2-戊酮、乙酸正丙酯和乙酸异丙酯。

Abstract:A method for determining 19 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in innerliner with headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) by using fluorobenzene as an internal standard(ISTD) was established and 20 innerliner samples were tested.The results indicated that: 1) fluorobenzene,was a suitable ISTD for quantitative analysis of these 19 VOCs;2) the recoveries of the VOCs were from 92% to 109% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of less than 4% and the limits of detection between 0.001 and 0.004 mg/m2...
