| 摘 要： | 应用三维粘性计算流体动力学软件ＳＴＡＲ－ＣＤ对一离心式通风机蜗壳在不同工况条件下的内部流动情况进行了三维不可压缩横定流动的数值计算分析，并对通风机蜗壳壁面压力分布情况进行了预测。文中给出了数值分析结果与实测结果的比较。还对在蜗壳内部加装整流圆筒的情况进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | By using three dimensional viscosity calculating hydrodynamic software STAR-CD,numerical calculation analysis of three dimensional non-compressible constant flow are carried out on internal flow situation of a centrifugal fan volute under the different conditions.Prediction of pressure distribute condition on wall surface of fan volute is carried out.Comparison with the results of numerical analysis & practical measure are given in this paper.Aanlysis research is carried out under the condition of applying commutating cylinder to volute interior. |
