| Abstract: | A retrospective and prospective study was undertaken to determine efficacy of carpal tunnel decompression in patients with advanced carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). The criteria for inclusion in this study were clinical and nerve conduction studies (NCS). Between 1985-1991, 1511 NCSs performed were positive for CTS. |
