摘    要:在实验室条件下模拟CSP热轧板为基板生产的低碳冷轧板罩式退火过程,研究再结晶阶段加热速度对冷轧板罩式退火过程组织和织构的影响。结果表明,压下率83.3%的冷轧板,随着再结晶阶段加热速度的增加,会使试样再结晶温度降低,再结晶过程提前完成,{001}110织构变强,{111}110织构先减少后增加,{111}112织构先减少后增加出现峰值,当加热速度超过50℃/h时又减小。在加热速度30~40℃/h间变形织构{112}110有较低的密度值。再结晶阶段加热速度40℃/h的退火工艺成品组织为饼形晶粒,{001}110织构密度较低,{111}110和{111}112密度较强,密度值接近。

Abstract:Under the laboratory condition, the batch annealing process of low carbon cold rolled sheet production by CSP hot plate as the substrate was simulated, the effect of recrystallization stage heating rate on microstructure and texture of cold rolled plate during batch annealing process was investigated. The results show that cold rolled sheet with reduction rate 83. 3%, as the heating rate increasing in recrystallization stage, recrystallization temperature of the sample is reduced, the recrystallization process is finished ahead of schedule, {001} <110> texture gets strong, {111} <110> texture declines and then climbs up, {111} <112> texture declines and then climbs up as peak, when the heating rate is more than 50℃/h, the texture is reduced. The heating rate is range from 30 to 40℃/h with a lower density of the deformation texture {112} <110>. Recrystallization stage heating rate is 40℃/h, the microstructure of finished sample is pie grain during annealing process, {001} <110> texture is lower density, the denser of texture {111} <110> and {111} <112> is strong and their density values are close.
