摘    要:系统研究了国内某钢厂CSP生产的低碳铝镇静钢钙处理前,钙处理后成分、尺寸和类型的变化,从热力学上分析铝脱氧钢中Al2O3夹杂物变性机制及夹杂物中CaS合理控制的条件,并对钙处理后钢水可浇性进行了研究,研究发现,现有工艺条件下钢中[Ca]的质量分数为0.002 6%~0.003 5%较合适,最佳喂钙线长度在284~386m,此时夹杂物中CaS的质量分数在7%以下,且无单独CaS析出,SEN连浇15炉以上。

Abstract:A investigation was carried on the variations of inclusion size, types and composition in low carbon aluminum killed steel before and after calcium treatment. The modification mechanism of alumina and the condition of precipitation calcium sulfide was analyzed by thermodynamics. Additionally, the control of castbility was studied. The study reveals that the optimum calcium content should be 26×10-6-35×10-6, the optimum CaSi wires should be 284-386m, the percentage of CaS should be below 7%, but without precipitation of CaS.
