摘    要:轧辊横移技术是实现自由程序轧制的有效途径,横移策略对热轧带钢的断面形状具有重要影响。提出热轧工作辊的变行程定步长横移策略与变行程变步长横移策略,给出2类变行程横移策略的递推算法,根据参数给定情况分为4种模式,建立2类变行程横移策略的多目标优化模型。通过宝钢典型轧制计划实例的横移策略优化试验比较了4种模式的差别,工业应用验证了变行程横移策略及其优化方法的有效性,改善热轧带钢的断面形状,延长计划公里数。

Abstract:Work roll shifting technology is an effective way to achieve schedule-free rolling, and roll shifting strategy significantly affects strip profile in hot strip mill. The roll shifting strategy with varying stroke and fixed step and the one with varying stroke and varying step were presented, and the corresponding recursive algorithms for two types of roll shifting strategy were proposed. Four modes of roll shifting strategy with varying stroke were gained by the given shifting parameters. Then, the two multi-objective optimization models for the roll shifting strategy with varying stroke were built up. The four modes of roll shifting strategy were compared by optimization experiment of a typical rolling campaign from Baosteel, and the industrial application confirms the feasibility of the optimized roll shifting strategy, and it can improve strip profile, extend the rolling miles of rolling campaigns.
