棒线材免加热直接轧制技术研究

摘    要: 介绍了棒线材连铸坯免加热直接轧制技术的概念、工艺和关键技术,与传统工艺相比,免加热直接轧制技术可以实现大幅度节能减排。利用有限元法对铸坯切断后运送到轧制线期间的温度场进行了数值模拟,结果表明:300s后150mm×150mm铸坯的平均温度仍可达到1000℃以上,可以满足直接轧制的需要。该技术在鞍山兴华钢铁集团公司得到了工业应用,取得了吨钢成本降低120多元的良好效果。

Abstract:The concepts, method and key technology of direct rolling of free-heating for bar and rod mill (DROF) was introduced. Compared with the traditional process, the DROF can achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction. The temperature field of transporting to rolling line process after billet cut was investigated by finite element method. The results show that the average temperature of the 150mm×150mm billet after 300s can still be over 1000℃, which can meet the needs of direct rolling. The actual data of DROF applied in Anshan Xinghua Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd. demonstrated that using DROF can be obtain good results of reducing cost more than 120¥/t.
