| 摘 要： | 信息资源规划是解决"信息孤岛"的有效方法。本文以高校信息资源为研究对象,采用信息资源规划方法,建立统一基础数据管理平台,实现了全校范围内各种信息资源基础数据的整合,从而实现了全校范围的信息共享。
