New Thought form Good Emulsifiers
Abstract:Now, the quality, flavor, taste and health of candy has developed fast, especially new concept candy attracted general concern. These excellent products need update machinery in the foreign countries. But to Chinese domestic, their high price may be unacceptable. Fortunately, using good Emulsifiers can solve this problem. DK ESTER developed by Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd (DKS). DK Ester has the many functions and properties like non-toxic, tasteless, excellent emulsifying that make it suitable for use in a broad range of application in foods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
