南水北调西线一期工程对调出区生物影响的初步分析

摘    要:南水北调西线一期工程指达—贾线,规划从雅砻江、大渡河的6条支流引水40亿m3,工程由"六坝七洞一渠"组成。南水北调东线、中线工程已经开始实施,西线工程正在做前期的准备工作。因此,进一步认识、评价南水北调工程对生态环境影响,并提出科学合理的对策具有重大的应用价值和现实意义。在实地现场调查和文献资料查阅的基础上,分别从水库建成后的库区淹没、坝下游的水量减少、以及施工期间的活动等方面,对南水北调西线一期工程调水区陆生生物和水生生物是否受到调水工程的影响进行了初步分析。

Primary Analysis on the Impact on Biology at the Transfer Water Region in the First Stage of Western Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer Scheme

Abstract:The first stage project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Scheme(SNWTS) via the western route is planned to transfer 4 billions m3 from six branches of the Yalong river and Dadu river,that is Daqu river and Niqu river which are the branches of Xianshui river,Sequ river and Duke river and Make river and Ake river which are the branches of Dadu river.The east and the middle of SNWTS have been constructing,the west of SNWTS is preparing some prophase works.So it will be important for people to farther understand and evaluate the impact of SNWTS on ecology and environment,and it will necessary and significant for the SNWTS to put forward scientific countermeasure.Based on local survey and literature searches,the impact of the first stage project of SNWTS via west route on aquicolous biology and terricolous biology is analyzed through aspects of reservoir submerge and reduced water amount of dam lower reaches and project construction.
