摘    要:采用E-44环氧树脂与丙烯酸反应,用翁盐作催化剂,制备了适于配制竹木基涂饰的紫外光固化的环氧丙烯酸酯预聚物,讨论了催化剂的种类对合成反应的影响。对固化产物进行了红外表征。光引发剂种类和交联剂含量对固化速率的影响、光引发剂含量对凝胶含量的影响、灯距对固化时间的影响、固化时间对涂膜性能的影响也进行了讨论。

Abstract:The UV-curable acrylated epoxy prepolymer resin was prepared by reacting E-44 epoxy resin with acrylic acid in the presence of onium salt catalyst. The effect of the kind of catalyst on reaction was discussed. The product's IR spectra was indicated. And the effects of the kind of photoinitiator and crosslinking agent on the curing speed ,the effect of the content of photoinitiator on gelation extent,the effect of the distance from UV lamp to sample on curing time and the effect of the curing time on the coating properties were also discussed .
