参考磁链动态生成的直线永磁同步电机直接推力控制

摘    要:目前在给定定子参考磁链直线永磁同步电机直接推力控制中,若给定参考磁链大于系统在最佳效率运行时所需的磁链值,造成实际电流的增加,由此带来电机热损增加,对电机绝缘提出了更高的要求,针对这些问题提出了采用根据电机最佳运行效率生成定子参考磁链的控制方法,分别对隐极、凸极两种类型的直线永磁式交流伺服电动机的动态定子参考磁链的生成做了分析研究,并以隐极式直线永磁式交流伺服电动机为例做了仿真分析,结果证实了该方法对节能和提高效率的有效性.

Abstract:For direct thrust control,the stator flux linkage and thrust are both directly controlled but how to obtain the reference flux linkage is still a question.If it is not in conformity to the needed value of flux linkage with maximum efficiency,operation with higher current than the required will result.So the motor will have lower efficiency and require higher insulate level.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a method to obtain a dynamically produced flux linkage,which is based on the maximum efficiency of operation and the analysis of the dynamically produced flux linkage for two type linear motors.The simulation results of the surface permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) show that the method is effective in saving energy and improving the efficiency.
