| 摘 要： | 随着新材料液体合成橡胶的出现，产生了一种新型的聚氨酯浇注轮胎，主要介绍了近年来我国聚氨酯浇注轮胎及其成型设备的研制情况，第一部分主要为聚氨酯浇注轮胎的成型工艺及结构特点，第二部分为聚氨酯浇注轮胎的成型设备及特点。

| Abstract: | With the appearance of new material-the liquid synthetic rubber, result in a new kind of pouring tire with polyurethane. This article mainly introduced our research on pouring tire with polyurethane and the forming equipment in recent years. Part I gives the forming process and structure for the pouring tire, part II is the forming equipment and property for pouring tire with polyurethane. |
