| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了基于Web的工作流系统的体系结构,介绍了工程项目管理系统的需求;以事件的流程驱动来设计工作流引擎,以PUSH模式进行事务处理克服了菜单方式下被动式应用的缺点;采用嵌入式工作流管理系统与应用系统集成,增进了工作流系统的灵活性和扩展性;以电信工程项目管理作为创建实例来设计工作项的处理状态。系统能有效地提高工程项目管理的效能。
