| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于比较式的高速A／D转换设计方案。通过n个高速模拟比较器和n＋1高速运算放大器实现n位分辨率的高速A／D转换，达到近似于并行比较式A／D转换的速度。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a design scheme of A/D conversion with high speed based on comparison mode is presented. High speed A/D conversion with n bit resolution can be realized by n high speed analog comparators and n+1 high speed operational amplifiers, and can come up to the approximate speed of parallel comparison mode's A/D conversion. |
