摘    要:用流面条元法分析带材的三维塑性变形,用影响系数法分析辊系的弹性变形,将二者联立,组成板形和板凸度的分析和计算模型,对1450mm四辊热带钢连轧机的轧制过程进行了仿真,仿真结果与实测结果吻合良好,为四辊热带钢连轧机板形分析与控制的仿真提供了模型和方法。

Abstract:The three-dimensional plastic deformations of strip are analyzed with the stream surface strip element method,elastic deformations of the rolls are analyzed by influence coefficient method, and the analyzing and computing model of the shape and crown is composed with combining the two methods. The rolling process of 1450 mm 4-high hot steel strip continuous mills is simulated, and the simulated results tally well with the experimental results. The model and the method are provided for the simulation of the shape analysis and control of 4-high hot steel strip continuous mills.
