10t工频炉烘炉曲线研究

摘    要:为了缩短10t工频炉的烘炉时间、提高炉衬的使用寿命,研究了石英砂坩埚打结及烘烤过程的相变,分六个阶段对烘炉过程进行了分析,制定了合理的烘炉曲线,使用烘炉时间由72h缩短为39h,炉衬的使用寿命提高了10%,每台工频炉每年可增收节支70.07万元。

Abstract:In order to reduce the drying out time for 10t main frequency furnace and increa se the service life of its lining,tamping and sintering for the crucible with qu arty sand and the p0hase transformation for drying out process are studied,analy ing the drying out process divided into six steps,working out reasonable drying out curve,thus the drying out time is reduced from 72h to 39h,the service life o f lining is increased by 10% ,the benefit every main frequency furnace is 700.0 thousand Yuan/a.
