摘    要:结合引黄供水沉沙淤筑相对地下河是合理利用黄河水沙资源,妥善处理引黄泥沙和确保防洪大堤安全的战略措施。通过对刘庄堤段淤筑工程布置研究来揭示淤筑相对地下河在技术上、经济上和社会环境问题等方面的可行性。

Abstract:Formation of lower river bed through irrigating sedimentation in lower reaches of Yellow River is a strategic measure of making rational use of water and sand recourses of Yellow River,handlign irrigating sedimentation properly and ensuring safety in flood control by the study of irrigating sedimentation project arrangements of LiuZhuang dike,the article shows the feasibility of the measure in technology,economy,society and enrironment.
