| Abstract: | On thc basis of existing encouring theory and in accordance with the present situation in encouraging mechanism aspect of state enterprise of our country,design methods of encouraging mechanism are refered to by using part of theoretical research achievements and integrating working practice.Design plan of encouraging mechanism for staff and questions to be paid attention to during utilization are discussed. |
