| 摘 要： | 本文根据矩阵理论,得出机构运动误差最小时,机构的结构参数误差必须等于其矩阵的最小特征值所对应的特征向量,同时给出了机构结构参数的最优公差的选取方法,另外,还导出了机构运动误差的上界。

| Abstract: | Based on the matrix theory, this paper reaches a conlusion that if the kinematic errors of mechanism is minimum, the errors of the structural parameters must be equal to the eigenvector which is corresponding to the least eigenvalue of coefficient matrix of kinematic error. The paper also presents the method for selecting the optimum tolerances of the structural parameters and the upper boundo of fhe kinematic errors. |
