用"PC材料置换法"加固钢筋混凝土梁

聚合物水泥砂浆(简称PC材料)是一种性能优良的复合材料,也是一种较新的材料,其具有抗拉强度高,粘结强度高,耐久性好等优点,过去多用于水利、工民建等项目的修补。本文以试验为基础,以试点工程为实例,提出采取合适工艺,用PC材料置换低强度等级混凝土梁中的部分混凝土,并相应增加钢筋,从而形成一种新的加固方法——“PC材料置换法”。此方法具有安全可靠、施工方便、经济合理等优点。对于加固低强度等级混凝土梁具有较大现实意义。文中还提出加固后混凝土梁抗剪强度计算方法。

Strengthening the Reinforced Concrete Beam by Replacement with PC Material

The cement mortar with polymer materials (abbreviated as PC material) is a new material and has great performances such as high tensile strength, high adhesive strength and good durability. It has been largely used in the mending of the project , such as water conservancy and other construction projects. Based on the results of experiments, the paper makes an experimental project as an example. A new strengthening method, "PC material replacing method", is proposed in this paper. It can be described in the following, a part of the concrete in the low grade concrete beam can be replaced with PC Material under suitable operation, and some reinforcement may be added in case of need. This method has many advantages, such as high safety reliability, convenient for construction, economy in cost. It is of great significance to strengthening of the low grade concrete beam. The shear strength calculation method of strengthened concrete beams is also provided in the paper.
