发达国家减盐行动的成功经验与启示

摘    要:过量的食盐(钠)摄入量是国际公认的高血压发病主要危险因素之一。WHO逐渐重视减盐工作,一些发达国家陆续开展了减盐策略与行动,为世界各国提供了许多经验参考与借鉴。本文分析了国际减盐行动的策略和行动的成功经验,为我国开展减盐行动提供政策建议。

Abstract:Excessive intake of salt (sodium) is internationally recognized as major risk factors of hypertension. WHO increasingly em- phasises on salt reduction work, and some developed countries are carrying out the salt reduction strategy and actions, and have provided a lot of experience information and reference for countries in the world. This paper analyzed the successful experience of international salt re- duction action strategies and actions to provide policy recommendations for China to carry out the action of salt reduction.
