钢帘线捻制用针式预变形器

粗直径高强度钢帘线易产生松散、交叉、芯股外翻等捻制缺陷。设计钢帘线生产用针式预变形器,这种预变形器能调整钢丝的侧向扭矩,与捻角配合使各钢丝在聚束之后排列整齐,螺旋形状保持稳定,改善钢帘线中钢丝的松散状态,使钢丝产生一定的曲率,减少由于钢丝自身应力的不平衡造成对钢帘线整体力学性能、几何结构的影响。采用针式预变形装置对3+8×0.33HT钢帘线进行生产试制,捻距18.0 mm,钢帘线直径1.33 mm,变形针水平间距30 mm,预变形器高度15.7 mm,过捻器转速1 970～2 070 r/min,能够满足粗直径钢帘线的不松散和减少捻制不良的要求。

Needle type pre-deformer for steel cord twisting

Twisting defects such as loosen,overlap,core strand hallux valgus occurred in large diameter and high strength steel cord.Needle type pre-deformer for steel cord production was designed,the pre-deformer can adjust lateral torque of steel wire,each steel wire arranged in order after bunching when it combined with lay angle,the spiral shape kept steady,the loosen condition of steel wire in steel cord was improved,a certain curve occurred in steel wire,the influence of steel wire stress unstable on steel cord whole mechanical properties was decreased.3+8×0.33HT steel cord is trail produced by adopting needle type pre-deformer device,lay pitch is 18.0 mm,steel cord diameter is 1.33 mm,horizontal spacing of deforming needle is 30 mm,pre-deformer height is 15.7 mm,the rotating speed of overtwist is from 1 970 to 2 070 r/min,which can meet the requirements of large diameter steel cord unloosen and decreasing bad twisting.
