摘    要:介绍钢丝绳疲劳断裂的危害和研究状况。在工程实用研究的基础上得出提高钢丝绳疲劳寿命的措施:严格控制原料及半成品中夹杂物的种类和大小,并对脱碳层、金相组织和锌层镀覆方式提出了相应的要求;制定合理的钢丝拉拔工艺,选择合适的道次压缩率、半成品钢丝的尺寸公差及椭圆度和成品钢丝的力学性能,并保证充分的冷却与润滑,尽量减小残余应力的不平衡;正确进行钢丝绳的结构设计和钢丝间隙设计,并通过试验进行修正。指出生产中的质量控制要点,并强调进行钢丝绳检验和指导用户使用的重要性。

Abstract:To introduce the harm and research situation of wire rope fatigue fracture.On the basis of engineering application research to obtain the measures increasing wire rope fatigue life: to strictly control inclusion variety and size of materials and semi-finished products,and the relative requirement for decarburized layer,microstructure and galvernizing mode were put forth;to formulate rational steel wire drawing process,select suitable pass compressibility,semi-finished steel wire size tolerance and ovality and mechanical property of finished steel wire,and ensure fully cooling and lubrication,decrease imbalance of residual stress to lowest;to design wire rope structure and steel wires interval correctly,and correcting by test.The quality control outlines in production are pointed,and emphasise on the importance of wire rope inspection and instructing users’ use.
