基坑开挖和建设对相邻建筑的影响检测与分析

摘    要:基坑施工需要通过降水来保证干燥作业面,但是在水位下降的漏斗范围内,土体的自重将增大,从而对邻近环境带来不良影响。某农贸市场基坑在施工过程中,相邻的商住楼居民反映楼房出现裂缝。产生不良影响,产生很多新的裂缝。通过现场对建筑物裂缝开展情况检查、抽水试验、土层的压缩性指标检验、施工降水引起地下水下降的范围和深度计算以及商住楼沉降复核,结果表明农贸市场基坑降水对商住楼基础产生了不均匀沉降,但单位长度沉降差均小于规范规定的允许值;商住楼各种类型裂缝不是由于上述不均匀沉降引起的。

The Influence Test and Analysis on Excavation of Foundation Ditch and Construction Over the Adjacent Buildings
Abstract:The dry working plane shall be secured through dewatering in foundation ditch excavation,and however,in the funnel range where water level is descending,the soil deadweight is increased so as to bring the unsatisfactory influence over the surroundings.During the construction of a farmer market,the residents of the nearby residential buildings complained there was the undesired fact that some cracks appeared on the buildings and later on more new cracks occurred.Through the checks of the cracks on the buildings on site,water pump test,soil lay compression index test,the calculation of range and depth of the groundwater descending caused by constructional dewatering and recheck of residential buildings sedimentation,it is significantly shown that the farmer's market foundation ditch dewatering has led to the uneven sedimentation of the residential buildings' foundation,however,the sedimentation difference per unit length is less than the allowance value stipulated in the regulation;the diversified cracks on residential buildings have not been caused by the mentioned uneven sedimentation.
