振冲法的现状综述

摘    要:介绍了振冲法的起源及发展现状,着重论述了填料振冲和无填料振冲技术加固机理的试验研究成果、适用范围和施工设备。振冲法是一种快速加固松软地基的方法,对于表面承载力很低的吹填土地基具有施工设备较轻的特点。无填料振冲相对于填料振冲具有造价更低、施工更快速的优点,但适用范围更小。目前国内已经有较多无填料振冲法加固黏粒含量小于10%的松散粗砂、中砂、细砂、粉砂地基的成功案例。

Abstract:A Introduces the origin and current situation of the development of vibroflotation treatment method, and focuses on the test research about reinforcement mechanism, applicable scope and construction equipment of both vibro-replacement stone column and vibroflotation without additional backfill. Vibroflotation is a rapid soft foundation reinforcement method and it has the characteristics of lighter construction equipment for the hydraulic filling with low surface bearing capacity. Vibroflotation without additional backfill has the advantages of less cost and faster construction, but smaller applicable scope. So far, there have been many successful cases of vibroflotation without additional backfill to reinforce loose coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and silty sand with clay content less than 10%.
